We’re pleased to provide a wide variety of veterinary services for animals in Greensboro, Jamestown and surrounding areas. Our team is dedicated to providing the best care possible for your pets. Adams Farm Animal Hospital, P.A. has been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1990– only 15% of small animal hospitals achieve this accreditation. During the accreditation process, we are evaluated based on AAHA’s Standards of Accreditation – an extensive list of more than 900 standards that directly correlate to the excellent care we are providing to your pet.
We are also proud to be a Gold Member of The American Association of Feline Practitioners, meeting the wide range of unique needs of cats. The Cat Friendly Practice distinction shows that our practice has demonstrated higher levels of commitment and excellence in feline medicine. Established in 1989, Adams Farm Animal Hospital, P.A. was built by Dr. Janet Raczkowski, who knew she wanted to be a veterinarian since a young girl. Soon after opening our hospital, word through the community spread about her professionalism, expertise, compassion, and innate ability to work with even the most challenging cases. More people and more people started bringing their pets to Adams Farm Animal Hospital, P.A. which quickly flourished as a well respected veterinary hospital in the Piedmont. As success continued to grow, so did the practice, which led to a hospital expansion an renovation in 2006. Today we have three doctors, approximately 15 staff members, and an office kitty named "Mona". Our facility has the latest technology and equipment in our laboratory, treatment, and surgical departments to best serve your pet, including digital EKG, digital radiography, digital dental radiography and an in-house laboratory. We also maintain excellent relationships with nearby specialists should your pet need referral for specialized care.
As part of our commitment to give back to the local community, we partner with Triad Golden Retriever Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, humane treatment and placement of homeless Golden Retrievers.
