24 Hour Cancellation & “No Show” Fee Policy
Effective 12/01/2018 
Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, Adams Farm Animal Hospital, P.A. reserves the right to charge a fee of $50.00 for all missed appointments (“no shows”) and appointments which, absent a compelling reason, are not cancelled with a 24-hour advance notice.  If you are a new client, the no-show fee is $66.00 (the cost of your pet's first exam.
 
Multiple “no shows” in any 12-month period may result in termination from our practice.

Payment Options

• Full Payment is required at the time of service.
• Each client is entitled to an itemized estimate prior to treatment
• Deposits are required prior to the admission of a pet to the hospital – the full balance is due when the pet is released.
• Payment types accepted: Cash, Personal local checks (with proper ID), Debit Cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit.
