Boarding There are times that you cannot be with your pet and they must be boarded. We understand that your pet’s happiness and safety is a top priority. Adams Farm Animal Hospital offers boarding facilities for pets of all sizes in a climate controlled atmosphere. Large breed dogs have “runs” while the smaller breeds are housed in a separate room with other dogs their size. Cats also have a separate room with plenty of window space to enjoy a scenic view and catch some rays! We even have strategically placed bird feeders in front of the "cat condos" to attract birds, squirrels, and chipmunks for your cat's viewing pleasure! Pets that require extra special care such as medications and special diets are cared for in a safe hospital environment. We can provide blankets, food, water bowls and toys. If your pet is particular, however, you are more than welcome to bring items to make your pet “feel at home.” In an effort to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all animals, Adams Farm Animal Hospital requires all dogs be current on their Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations, and be free of internal and external parasites. Cats must be current on their Rabies and Distemper vaccinations and be free from fleas and intestinal parasites. In an effort to avoid any potential contamination, we do not allow raw diets to be fed to any pets inside our hospital. Our goal is to make sure everyone stays safe and healthy.
Day-boarding We also offer day-boarding boarding services for your pet- a perfect option for those unexpected pet-sitting needs. You are welcome to drop off and pickup your pet at any time during our business hours (7:30 am-6:00 pm). We can take your reservations over the phone or via email. Please call ahead if you do not have a reservation.
